Delete your Knowlu account
Knowlu lets users delete their account and associated data inside the app. This page explains what deletion covers, what may still be retained, and how to get help if you cannot complete the process in the app.
What to know

How to delete your account
Delete in the app
Use Knowlu's in-app account deletion option to start permanent deletion of your account and associated synced data.
Confirm the request
Follow the in-app confirmation steps and make sure you are signed into the correct account before finalizing deletion.
Need help accessing the app?
If you cannot access the app or cannot complete deletion there, email nodistechnology@gmail.com and include the email address linked to your account plus your sign-in method if helpful.
Deletion or de-identification
After deletion is confirmed, Knowlu should delete or de-identify account data unless some records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
What deletion should cover
- Account profile information such as name, email, sign-in mapping, and profile image.
- Cloud-synced study content such as subjects, routines, study times, study history, tasks, topics, flashcards, and related planning data.
- Notification-token registrations and other account-linked device associations stored by Knowlu.
- Study-group memberships and group data connected to the deleted account, subject to operational or legal limits.
What may be retained
- Minimal billing, entitlement, refund, or tax records that must be kept for accounting or audit reasons.
- Security and anti-fraud records needed to protect the service or respond to abuse.
- Records needed to comply with legal requests or resolve disputes.
Important notes before deleting
- Deleting a Knowlu account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple or Google. Users should cancel those subscriptions in the relevant app-store account settings.
- If you own a study group, deleting your account may remove or affect that group for other members.
- Users should export or save anything they want to keep before deleting their account.
